As a Certified Functional Movement Specialist, he is excited to assess athlete’s foundational movement, motor control, mobility, functional movement patterns, and functional capacity to identify potential dysfunction or deficiency. If identified, a specific individualized plan of action will be created to correct, prevent injury, and improve performance.
His background also includes: Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Certified Orthopedic Specialist, Fellow through American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, Certified Pain Science Educator, and Certified Functional Strength Coach.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an Exercise Specialist Concentration alongside her CrossFit Level 1 Certification. As a coach and athlete, she understands the importance of nutrition and the impact that it has on training, the longevity of life, and overall wellness. A sustainable nutrition plan tailored around your personal goals is often the missing puzzle piece to a well-balanced life. As a Nutrition Coach, Olivia’s goals are to create a plan that works best for you and develop a relationship focused on accountability and trust.
