Black Flag Athletics has fitness 24 hours a day, seven days a week! Located in Avon, OH, in the same facility as our Black Flag Fitness classes, our 24/7 program is home to approximately 3,500sf of the best fitness, training, and bodybuilding equipment anywhere in Northeast Ohio.
You also have access to an extra 6,000sf of space when Fitness classes are not in session, plus complimentary access to our coffee bar, Normatec Compression Pants, Sisu Sauna, and Ice Baths.
