Black Flag Compete

The Black Flag Athlete Program is designed for experienced Functional Fitness or CrossFit athletes who wish to incorporate additional volume into their training. The workouts in the Black Flag Athlete Program will complement the daily fitness workouts and are tailored to match the training bias for the day, helping to avoid overtraining.

Program Expectations:

  • Participants should be able to dedicate up to 2 hours per day to training (including 1 fitness hour class session) for 3-5 days per week.
  • ATHLETE PROGRAMMING should be completed either before or after the Black Flag Fitness class for the day, based on the provided programming.
  • Athletes should be coachable and open to feedback and dialogue.
  • An open mind towards training programs and systems is essential.
  • Openness to communication is encouraged.
