Scott Giomini
Coach
For nearly four years, I have served as a strength and conditioning coach at Black Flag Strength and Conditioning, contributing to a coaching career that now spans close to eight years. Beyond the gym, I am a sixth-grade English Language Arts teacher for Avon Lake City Schools and coach both freshmen football and middle school track. These roles allow me to work with athletes and students across a wide range of ages, abilities, and developmental stages—an experience that continually informs and elevates my coaching practice.
Every class presents an opportunity to motivate, educate, and empower our members as they pursue their fitness goals and push through mental and physical barriers. I am deeply committed to the community-centered nature of Black Flag. The collective energy of individuals striving together—challenging limits, celebrating progress, and supporting one another—is something truly unique, and I consider it a privilege to help cultivate that environment.
For one hour each day, I have the responsibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the athletes in front of me while continuing to grow as a fitness professional. Through ongoing education, intentional communication, and a genuine passion for human performance, I aim to consistently refine my craft and serve as a resource for our community—both as a coach and as an athlete committed to lifelong improvement.
