This remote program is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to their training, whether they want to compete or simply enjoy intense workouts. The program focuses on building a solid foundation for long-term strength development by incorporating elements of Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman, Bodybuilding, and Conditioning. Black Flag Strong will challenge you both mentally and physically, with multiple training sessions each week that manage performance through varying volumes and intensities.
