Presenting Black Flag Athletics’ officially certified resident shower and lunch coach, Jennifer Moore. If you know J Mo, one of thirteen kids, you know that there are very few people that more more selfless and giving of themselves than her. We learn how she obtained her certifications, where her selflessness comes from, and what it feels like to be the center of the universe. The gents also find out who her BFA boyfriend happens to be and what exactly CrossFit and the BFA Fam allowed her to do that other places did not.
