Prep: 3 Rounds
– 3 Thrusters (build in weight)
– 1 Pull Up/ Jumping Pull Ups
– 1 Box Jump

TEAM WOD (3 Person): 30:00 AMRAP

Athlete A & B will alternate rounds of:
– 4 Thrusters @ 115/ 75
– 6 Towel Chin Ups (4 Each side)
– 12 Box Jumps

While Athlete C runs 400m.*

* Upon completion of the run, Athlete C will commence AMRAP and a member of the team must commence the 400m run and so on (a member of the team should be running throughout entire 30:00)
