*MetCon 1: Each person must complete all work in an alternating format. Person A completes 24 reps on the OHS & Burpees and then person B completes 24, then Person A completes 16 reps and so on.

*MetCon 3: After Partner B completes MetCon 2, Partner A immediately starts MetCon 3.
