Training explosively preserves fast-twitch fibers, enhances neuromuscular function, and delivers powerful anti-aging benefits. Just as important, we train the ability to decelerate — teaching the body to absorb force, protect joints, and remain resilient under load.
We Believe in Integrated Movement
We believe the body was designed to move as a system. By training multiple movement patterns, planes of motion, and intelligent loading parameters, we build coordination, stability, and transferable strength that carries into sport, work, and daily life.

I joined BFA six years ago at an age when most people retire. The programming and great coaching checks all the boxes for me, all I have to do is show up consistently and enthusiastically participate as much as my body will let me. I have been able to build strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance, all the stuff you coach into me. There are very few things I can’t participate in because of any loss of physicality. For me everyday is a new adventure and all this enforces my belief in the Body-Mind-Soul connection that makes my life great. Thank you Tom!
