It is the mission of Black Flag Athletics to utilize proper training patterns, techniques and methodologies in order to facilitate an increase in performance, decrease injury and enhance quality of life in a community based, peer driven environment.
Black Flag Athletic Development
Black Flag Athlete Development is a program fostered to enhance performance in each athlete’s respective sport(s). Our primary goal is to improve movement patterns through all planes of movement, while increasing power, agility, strength, speed, as well as increasing capacity across the three energy systems. Additionally, the program will utilize injury prevention protocols and recovery methods to allow the athlete to train in-season, and out-of-season.
